INTRODUCING OUR ORTHOPEDIC PROGRAM
Led by Leading Area Physician Dr. Jason Tartaglione, our program’s clinically proven orthopedic care, coupled with our signature rehabilitation experience featuring all the comforts and privacy of home, makes it the perfect option for your post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
Benefit from:
Full suite of ACP modalities to aid in the treatment of pain, contractures, muscle spasms and muscle weakness
Expert staff of treating clinicians including PTs, OTs, PTAs, COTAs and SLPs
Oversight of program by our Orthopedic Medical Director who rounds with our Rehab Director weekly
Therapy is offered up to 7 days a week, up to 3 hours daily – depending on insurance and patient tolerance
Prior to discharge, patients are educated in energy conservation, fall prevention and recovery, and given a Home Exercise Program
